TVRWF, Working to
WIN in 2012!
As we all look forward to one of the most important elections in generations, we cannot forget our own
California Primary Election. We all look at each other on a daily basis and say "really??" as we look
around and see high unemployment, high taxes, lower testing scores in schools, higher costs for secondary
schooling, cities going bankrupt, high pension costs for public employees, lower value to our investments,
companies leaving the state in huge numbers. These are just a few of the issues facing our once great state.
We can debate the issues and the solutions BUT until we articulate our arguments in a manner that everyone
understands, we cannot win. My Challenge for all of us is to investigate and educate ourselves on the ballot
issues in June and then make sure that you, your family, your friends go to the polls.
Do not forget to be active in the June Primary…it is the first crucial step in the 2012 Elections!
Temecula Valley RWF, Valarie Skovron President
